A LEAVENWORTH, WASHINGTON ADVENTURE ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Being a destination adventure elopement and wedding photographer is seriously the best job in the world. As much as I love shooting mountain weddings & adventurous elopements in Colorado, I LOVE to travel, and it is always such a treat when I get to go explore new areas and capture love stories in different places!

When I visited the PNW in January, I had the chance to do an adventure couples session for Nick and Danee in the North Cascade mountain range. It was seriously such a winter wonderland and my first time in Washington DEFINITLEY did not disappoint. I had been to Oregon in the summer, but I had never been to Washington and I was so excited! I was a little nervous how the weather would be in January, but it was absolutely beautiful. Stepping away from sun in Colorado and spending some time in the foggy, overcast of the Pacific Northwest was so good for my soul. I spent a few days towards the beginning of the trip in Seattle eating and drinking my way through the city, and then finished the week off in North Cascades National Park snowshoeing, hiking, and taking photos of these two lovely humans.

There is nothing more I love than being a part of stories for crazy, adventurous, in love humans. I am so lucky to be blessed with the best clients ever who are down for anything, trust my vision, and aren’t afraid to laugh and fall in the knee deep snow!
