Gabriela and Chris were such gems to work with and I absolutely loved being a part of their love story.
I met Gabriela through the Colorado Women Who Hike community, and I was so excited about capturing the love of another adventurous, outdoor enthusiast. We knew we wanted a location with beautiful mountain views and something unique. We choose Sapphire Point because of the diverse and gorgeous landscape. We met at the trail head at 7am, and spent the morning hiking, laughing, and talking about all of our favorite adventures. There was actually a wedding happening at our original spot on the trail at 8:30am, so we hiked around the location and found a gorgeous cliffside that was so isolated and even more amazing than the spot I originally had in mind. It is so fun capturing the love of couples who are able to go with the flow and trust me… even when that might mean hiking on a cliffside. 😉
Gabriela and Chris are the epiphany of weekend warrior adventurers. They spend their weekends car camping out of their Subaru, traveling to different national parks, and climbing mountains.
The love they have for each other is undeniable and I am so grateful to get to be a part of these little moments.
There are so many gorgeous mountain spots in Colorado for an adventurous engagement session, elopement, or wedding. Sapphire Point overlooks Lake Dillon in Dillon, Colorado. It is absolutely breathtaking and one of the best spots for a sunrise or sunset session. This day was absolutely MAGICALLL!!!!!!!
